I lost 2.4 pounds this week. It's better than I thought I did, but not as good as I was hoping. I'm about a week behind in keeping up with the mini-goals I set, so I really need to work hard the next few weeks, especially with Christmas coming soon. I ate out too much this past week, so my goal this week is to eat at home more. I also only exercised twice since it rained a lot, so I need to exercise more, even if that means doing a dvd inside instead of going running. On the plus side, though, I'm over halfway to my 25, which is really encouraging!
